European Parliament adopts resolution for tax reform
May 8, 2012, the European Parliament has adopted a resolution that is fully supportive of Ex'tax:
[European Parliament] ‘Urges the Member States to make a shift towards environmental taxation [and] emphasises that this should allow for cuts in other taxes such as those on labour’
‘Points out that granting tax credits linked to reduced resource use would also benefit innovation, research and development’
‘Urges the Commission to examine the effects of a tax on resources and virgin raw materials’
