Ex'tax at OECD Forum

The Ex'tax Project was represented at the OECD Forum held in Paris, June 6-7, 2017. The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) has 35 member countries (including many EU countries, the US, Korea, Japan and Mexico). The Forum brings together more than 3,000 participants from 74 countries.

Femke Groothuis participated in a plenary session on Climate Change in a Connected World. Other participants included Isabelle Kocher (CEO Engie), Simon Upton (Director Environment OECD), Céline Charveriat (Institute for European Environmental Policy), Shiji Gao (People's Republic of China) and Philip Jennings (UNI Global Union).


Femke introduced the concept of Ex'tax and explained why our tax systems need an update.
