March 21, 2018 marks the 10th anniversary of the passing of Eckart Wintzen (1939-2008), spiritual father of Value Extracted Tax and The Ex’tax Project. Femke was invited on Café Weltschmerz, a Dutch online journalism platform to share some thoughts on her experience with Eckart and his legacy.
