Femke in Dutch Sustainable 100

1 Nov 2018

Femke Groothuis, co-founder and president of the Ex’tax Project, has been awarded the 46th place in the annual Dutch Sustainable 100 list. Femke has been included in the list for the sixth consecutive year, and her position in the top 100 has never been this high.

The Sustainable 100 – compiled for the tenth time this year – is the ranking of the Netherlands’ ‘greenest thinkers and doers’.

The jury, a panel of 12 independent sustainability advocates and practitioners, praises Femke for her efforts of spreading the Ex’tax message – bringing tax on natural resource use up and tax on labour down.

The full list is published by Dutch newspaper Trouw on National Sustainability Day, October 10, and can be viewed here.
